In 1995, Joe Bongiorno called thirteen musical friends on San Juan Island and said, "Let's make an album."

Over the course of five months musicians came to the studio with their songs - some simple, some jazzy, some bluesy, all with thoughtful and engaging lyrics.

The result was one of the best -selling albums to come out of the San Juan Islands ever, showcasing talents that included people who have done session work in Nashville, jazz clubs in Victoria, studio work for Narada Music, and played at the Seattle Folklife Festival.
