Lately, I’ve been caught up in re-reading Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, Made to Stick by the Brothers Heath, and The Jesus Sayings by a guy in British Columbia. All of them look at things we’re all really familiar with, and look a little deeper.
Makes me wish they all lived next door, just because I have so many questions for them… it’s possible they’re glad they live where they do.

Walking on Mount Young....
It’s been pretty sunny on the island the last few days – great for getting outside & getting around! It was nice to take a walk up Mount Young on the westside the other day…. and to take a run coming down.
This weekend has been busy enough – a lot of folks I know tell me they’re already getting a little crush of visitors to the island, which is pretty important to our little businesses & shops. Interesting summer ahead!
